REGISTRATION
Registration for the Meeting has the following options:
- The Pack Classes includes access to classes, access to the Exhibition and Coffee Breaks.
- The Pack Meeting includes access to classes, access to the Exhibition, Coffee Breaks, lunches on the 13th, 14th and 15th and a 4-night stay in a double room with breakfast (check-in on the 12th and check-out on the 15th of November) at the 4-Star Hotel AP Eva Senses in the city center of Faro and next to the marina (Eva Senses Hotel).
- Partial Registration that allows you to partially attend the Meeting on one day or more, and which includes access to classes, access to the Exhibition and Coffee Breaks on the selected day(s).
Anyone who purchases the Pack Classes and still wants to enjoy lunch at the hotel can purchase the Pack Lunch which will cost €30 per lunch.
CANCELLATION OR TRANSFER POLICY
CANCELLATION BY APP-PT
All our events are subject to a minimum number of participants, with Associação de Piercers Profissionais Portugal APP-PT reserving the right to cancel the event if this number is not reached, or for any other unavoidable reason that justifies not holding the event. same.
Communication will be made up to 7 days before the start of the event and refunds of amounts paid will be made available on the same date, subject to bank deadlines.
In return for the refund, the participant may choose to transfer their registration to another person.
CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT
The participant may cancel their registration at any time. To do this, you should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to the Associação de Piercers Profissionais Portugal APP-PT, indicating the reasons that gave rise to it.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is subject to the following refund conditions:
a) For cancellations communicated by July 31 2025, the amount already paid will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of 10%.
b) For cancellations communicated between August 1st and August 31st, 50% of the amount initially paid will be refunded.
c) For cancellations communicated between September 1st and September 30th, 25% of the amount initially paid will be refunded.
d) After September 30th there will be no refund.
e) In the case of payment in installments, the first amount paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Transfer Policy
The participant can transfer the payment to another person, without any amount being refunded. For any additional clarification, please contact us.
