PACK MEETING

The Pack Meeting is €650 and includes access to classes, access to the Exhibition, Coffee Breaks, lunches on the 13th, 14th and 15th and a 4-night stay in a double room with breakfast (check-in on the 12th and check-out on the 15th November) at the 4-Star Hotel AP Eva Senses in the city center of Faro and next to the marina (Eva Senses Hotel).

There will be discounts applicable as follows for the Pack Meeting:​

– The first 20 registrations (in order of entry of the payment) will have a 20% discount, paying a total of €520 and the closing dinner is included – SOLD OUT

– Until June 30th, you will have a 10% discount, paying a total of €585 and the closing dinner has the promotional cost of 25€. – SOLD OUT

– From July 1st to October 15th the total will be €650 and the closing dinner has de cost of 36€

​To facilitate the adhesion of those interested in participating in the event, we will have the possibility of paying the amount of €650 in two installments, under the following conditions:

– First payment of €350 upon registration

– Second payment of €300, without delay, until October 15th

– If the participant cancels or fails to pay the second amount by the deadline of October 15th, the registration will be disregarded and the amount paid in the first payment (€350) will not be refunded

– Registration will only be considered valid after full payment of the amount (€650)

Companions will be allowed, who will stay with breakfast and lunch, and will not be allowed access to classes, the Exhibition or Coffee Breaks.

The Companion Supplement is €380 and can be purchased here.

If you want a single room there will be an extra charge of €150 that you can purchase here.

Children are welcome but must always be accompanied by an adult who is not participating in classes.

The Child Supplement from 3 to 11 years old is €150 and can be paid here.
