Pack Meeting in 4 installments (1st payment)

Please read the following information carefully BEFORE starting the registration process:

The Meeting Pack includes:

• Access to the classes
• Access to the Exhibition
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches on the 5th, 6th and 7th of November
• 4 nights stay in a shared room with breakfast (check-in on the 4th and check-out on the 8th of November) at the event hotel – the 4-star Hotel AP Eva Senses in the centre of Faro and next to the marina (Eva Senses Hotel).

There will be discounts applicable as follows for the Pack Meeting:​

– The first 10 registrations (in order of entry of the payment) will have a 20% discount, paying a total of €520 and the closing dinner is included.

– Until August 15th, you will have a 10% discount, paying a total of €585 and the closing dinner has the promotional cost of 25€.

– From August 15th to October 15th the total will be €650 and the closing dinner has de cost of 36€.

To make it easier for those interested in attending the event to sign up, we are offering the option to pay the €650 fee in up to 4 installments (initial registrations are not included), subject to the following conditions:

• If you choose to pay in 2 installments, the first payment of €350 is due upon registration and the second payment of €300 must be paid by 15 October at the latest.

• If you choose to pay in up to 4 installments, the first payment will be €200 upon registration, and you may opt for a further 3 installments of €150, which must be paid by 15 October at the latest.

• In the event of cancellation by the participant or failure to pay the amounts due by the deadline of 15 October, the registration will be deemed invalid and the amount paid will not be refunded.

• Registration will only be considered valid once the full amount (€650) has been paid.

 

Accompanying persons will be admitted, but will only be entitled to a stay with breakfast and lunch, and will not have access to the classes or to the Exhibition.

If you want a single room, without sharing it with another participant, you will have to pay 150 euros more – add it here.

If you want a doble room, sharing it with another participant, you will have to pay 50 euros more – add it here.

 

Children are welcome, but must always be accompanied by an adult who is not participating in the classes.

The closing dinner will be on the last day and will have a promotional cost of €25 for registrations up to 15 August and €36 from 16 August onwards – book here.

 

The total Payment of the registration fee must be complete before 15 October.
